Card Colony provides AI-powered tools that help collectors evaluate trading cards before paying to grade them — including the AI analyzer, deal scanner, pop reports, price alerts, set tracker, and related features. We also operate a community feed and member subscriptions.
You alone decide whether to submit a card for grading. Card Colony is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for professional grading. We are not responsible for grading fees, shipping costs, lost profit, or any financial outcome resulting from submission decisions you make based on our output.
Card Colony offers a free tier (limited analyses per month) and paid tiers:
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until then.
Refunds: If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have used fewer than 10 analyses, submit our contact form with topic "Billing or Subscription" and we will issue a full refund. Outside that window, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Prices may change. If we change the price of a plan you're already on, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email; if you don't want to continue at the new price, cancel before it takes effect.

When you post in the community section, submit results, or upload card photos, you grant Card Colony a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and use that content to operate and improve the service (including showing it to other users in the community feed). You keep ownership of your content.
You're responsible for the content you upload. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share. We may remove user content at our discretion.
Card Colony uses third-party services including Anthropic (AI vision), Stripe (payments), Upstash (data storage), Resend (email), eBay (market data), and PriceCharting (price data). Their availability and accuracy are outside our control.
Card Colony participates in affiliate programs, including the eBay Partner Network. When you click eBay or Amazon links and make a purchase, Card Colony may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We disclose this clearly in the relevant sections.
Card Colony is not affiliated with PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, or any other professional grading service. Their names are used only for reference.
The Card Colony name, logo, design, code, blog posts, guides, and analyses are owned by Card Colony and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to public pages and quote brief portions with attribution. Don't copy substantial portions of the site or build a competing service from our work.
Card images you upload remain yours. The AI analysis generated from them is provided to you for personal use.
Card Colony is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee:
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Card Colony's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid Card Colony in the 12 months before the claim — or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost cards, grading fees, or shipping costs.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, when reasonable, notify you by email. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using Card Colony at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any lawful reason, with reasonable notice when practical. Sections that should reasonably survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bell County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
